POLÍTICA DE CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

1. Declaración general

At LOVALL, your satisfaction with the fit and design is our priority. We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date to ensure we find your perfect pair. All requests are processed as a product exchange.

2. Plazo y condiciones de elegibilidad

For an item to be eligible for an exchange, it must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The exchange request must be initiated within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Item Condition: The footwear must be unused, new, and in the same condition as it was received. It must not show any signs of wear, creases, odors, or dirt on the soles. We recommend trying on the footwear on a clean carpet or rug.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, intact LOVALL box, with all original tags and protective packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original order number or invoice is mandatory.

3. Opciones de cambio disponibles

The exchange will be made directly for the new item, without issuing store credit.

A. Exchange for Size (Same Model and Color): We will exchange the pair for the same model and color in the desired size, subject to immediate stock availability at the time of processing.

Shipping Costs: LOVALL offers the first reshipment of the new size for free (applicable to Standard Shipping). The shipping costs for returning the original pair to our warehouse are the customer's responsibility.

B. Exchange for Another Model/Color: If you wish to exchange for a different model or color, your request will be processed as a direct exchange, subject to stock availability.

  • If the new item is of a higher price, you will be contacted to pay the difference before shipment.
  • If the new item is of a lower price, the value difference will be issued via a voucher.

4. Cómo solicitar un cambio

  • Portal Access: Access our Online Exchange and Returns Portal.
  • Request: Indicate your order number and the item you wish to receive in exchange (size, color, or model).
  • Shipment: You will receive an authorization code and detailed instructions via email on how to pack and send the original item to our distribution center in Europe.
  • Processing: Upon receipt and quality inspection of the returned item (usually 3-5 business days), the exchange will be validated, and the new pair will be shipped.

5. Cambios no procesables

Items returned that do not meet the eligibility conditions (e.g., signs of use, damage, or damaged original packaging) will not be accepted for exchange. These items will be returned to the customer, with the reshipment costs to be borne by the customer.

6. Devoluciones

We hereby inform you that under Decree-Law 24/2014, consumer protection in online shopping includes the right of free withdrawal. This right allows the consumer to change their mind about the purchase and return the product without needing to provide any justification. The period for exercising this right is 14 calendar days, counted from the date the product is received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer (with the exception of the carrier). The shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
