THE PROCESS
BACK TO FRONT
Conventional fashion designs first and orders materials later, generating excess. We invert the logic. Our design starts by discovering what already exists.
We are not looking for scraps. We are looking for rolls of high-quality leather that have been dormant in storage due to cancellations from major brands or production surpluses.
THE BUILD
With the materials rescued and validated, the raw material enters the hands of those who know how to value it.
The cutting stage is done with surgical precision to optimize the use of the surplus, minimizing secondary waste.
We use reinforced assembly and stitching methods in our footwear that ensure the sneaker resists time and intensive use. Our goal is not to sell you a new shoe, it is to ensure this one lasts longer.
LOVALL is produced entirely in Europe. By keeping production local, we not only validate the quality but also ensure that every pair is made under ethical and fair labor standards.
LOOP BACK
At LOVALL, our responsibility for the product life cycle is total and does not end at your door. The LOOP BACK program is our guarantee of transparency. At the end of your sneakers' journey, we assume complete management of the materials to ensure they are integrated into smarter industrial cycles.
When your pair of LOVALL sneakers reaches the end of its useful life, simply use the free return voucher to send them back to our center in Europe.
We handle the entire deconstruction and recycling process. The footwear is separated by components, and the materials are integrated into partner recycling chains.
