I. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Object and Scope of Application
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) regulate the purchase and sale of products marketed by LOVALL, through the website www.lovallshoes.com, between [INSERT LEGAL COMPANY NAME] (hereinafter "LOVALL" or "Seller") and the customer/user (hereinafter "Client").
1.2. Placing any order on the website implies the integral and unreserved acceptance of these T&C.
1.3. LOVALL reserves the right to change these T&C without prior notice. The T&C in force at the time the order is placed are the applicable ones.
2. Information on Products and Materials
2.1. Product Nature: LOVALL items are manufactured using deadstock materials and/or reclaimed materials.
2.2. Variations and Exclusivity: Due to the nature and limitation of deadstock materials:
- Collections are limited editions and stock is finite.
- Small variations in tone, texture, or finish may occur between production batches or relative to the images presented online, which are not considered manufacturing defects.
2.3. The images presented on the website are intended to illustrate the products, and the Client should consult the detailed description for complete information on the characteristics.
3. Prices, Orders, and Payment
3.1. Prices: Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force in Europe.
3.2. Order Processing: The order will only be processed after confirmation of stock availability and successful payment. Stock unavailability implies the cancellation of the order and the refund of the paid amount.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination and the type of service selected (Standard or Express).
4.2. Delivery Times: Delivery times are merely indicative and are counted from the dispatch date. LOVALL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.
4.3. Customs and Taxes (Outside the EU): For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the exclusive responsibility of the Client and will be collected by the local authority.
II. EXCHANGE, RETURNS, AND VOUCHER POLICY
1. Inspection and Condition of Items
5.1. For any exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be new, with no signs of use (clean soles, no creases), in its intact original LOVALL packaging, and with all tags.
5.2. The Client must handle the item with due care and inspect it in a manner that does not cause damage (e.g., trying on sneakers on a rug or clean surface).

6.1. The Client has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract, requesting a full refund of the amount paid for the product, within 14 (fourteen) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order (Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th).
6.2. Refund: The amount to be refunded corresponds to the product price and the original shipping costs of the order (if applicable), being processed after the inspection of the item.
6.3. Return Costs: The direct costs of shipping the item back to the LOVALL warehouse are the sole responsibility of the Client.
6.4. Depreciation: If the returned item shows signs of use or damage that compromise its resale as new, LOVALL reserves the right to reject the refund or apply a depreciation fee (never exceeding 50% of the item's value) to the amount to be refunded.
7.1. LOVALL extends the period for Exchanges (size or model) up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.
7.2. Exchange Shipping Costs: Shipping the original item back to our warehouse is the Client's responsibility. The shipping of the new item is borne by LOVALL.
8.1. When exchanging for an item of a different value, the following rules apply:
- Exchange for Higher Value: The Client must pay the difference.
- Exchange for Lower Value: LOVALL will not issue any monetary refund for the difference in value. The surplus amount in favor of the Client will be exclusively issued in the form of a Digital Voucher (Digital Change).
8.2. Voucher Validity: Digital Vouchers are non-refundable and have the following terms of use:
- Valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue.
- Applicable exclusively on www.lovallshoes.com.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
- Can be combined with active promotions on the site (unless otherwise stated).
III. LEGAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. All products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty, in accordance with Portuguese and European legislation, for manufacturing defects.
9.2. Normal wear from use or improper use is not covered by the warranty. Defects caused by misuse, improper storage, or modifications made without LOVALL's authorization are also excluded.
10.1. LOVALL undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All information is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
11.1. These T&C are governed by Portuguese and European law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court of the location of LOVALL, without prejudice to applicable consumer rights.
